Orange Cucumber Detox Water

Refreshing infused detox water with orange, cucumber, lemon, mint, and dill. A healthy way to stay hydrated, burn fat, and cleanse your body.

Orange Cucumber Detox Water ( infused detox water )

Doesn’t this look refreshing? Who else likes to pimp out their water? Normally I do a simple lemon detox every morning, but I decided to step it up a notch. Not only does this infused water cleanse your body, but it also burns fat and helps you lose weight.

Orange Cucumber Detox Water ( infused detox water )

I am a strong believer that infused water helps you burn fat. I have been drinking fruit infused water for over 15 years, and I have never been over 110 lbs (except for when I was pregnant). I religiously drink fruit infused water first thing in the morning before I eat anything, to allow my body to detox. This might sound strange, but sometimes I can actually feel my body burning fat by drinking fruit infused water.

Orange Cucumber Detox Water ( Infused Detox Water)

This infused detox water contains the following ingredients.

  • Stimulates the liver and flushes out toxins.
  • Contains pectin, a type of fiber that will help you feel full longer, so that you eat less throughout the day.

  • Curbs appetite, boosts metabolism, and detoxifies your body.
  • A natural diuretic food, means it helps the body produce more urine to carry out waste.

  • Improves digestion, relieves constipation, and boosts immune system.
  • Dill has high amounts of monoterpenes which have been proven to attack the growth of cancer cells.

  • Helps with weight loss by turning fat into energy.
  • High in antioxidants, and improves oral health. Helps to relieve allergy symptoms.

  • Oranges are high in vitamin C which is known to be the detox vitamin.
  • Helps to lower cholesterol, regulate blood pressure, and cleanse the liver.

Refreshing detox water infused with orange, cucumber, lemon, mint, and dill. Burn FAT and cleanse your body!

Refreshing infused detox water with orange, cucumber, lemon, mint, and dill. A healthy way to stay hydrated, burn fat, and cleanse your body.

Orange Cucumber Detox Water

  • 10 cups of water
  • 1 orange, cut into thin slices
  • 9 mint leaves, torn
  • 21 thin cucumber slices
  • 7 thin lemon slices
  • 3 sprigs fresh dill, stem cut off

  1. Place all ingredients into a water pitcher/jug. Let it sit for about an hour and then enjoy!

The longer you let it sit, the stronger the flavor will be.

I personally enjoy a light infused flavor, and 1-2 hours taste perfect to me. You might want something stronger in flavor.

If you decide to leave it overnight, I recommend taking the peel off of the lemon and orange. This way it will not taste sour after sitting so many hours.

  1. SOLD! It sounds yummy and refreshing but you had me at fat loss. I have never seen the addition of dill to detox water. Thanks & I can’t wait to add it to my morning routine.

LOL! Thank you! I have been drinking infused water for a long time now, so I know for sure it definitely helps me keep the weight off. Dill is usually strong, but it is very light tasting and refreshing in the water. Probably because I didn’t add much. I hope you enjoy! 🙂

      • I wasn’t sure about adding dill to the water but I gotta say it works really well. It just works!! I used your detox water as the base for my green juice by just adding baby spinach and baby kale. Thank you for the inspiration!

Can the fruit be eaten or just focus on the detox water and the favor the ingredients give it?
